The footage shows the terrifying moment three men jumped out of a silver vehicle and surrounded his blue BMW 5 Series sedan.
All three draw their weapons and point them at 73-year-old Garner and his stepson, who were in the vehicle at the time.
They start tapping on the window with the muzzle of the gun while one tries to hide his identity by holding a coat over his face.

Gardner had just left a bank and returned to the property, the location of which DailyMail.com is not revealing, after the family raised concerns about retaliation.
“I feel like the message needs to get out.” “I never thought something like this would happen,” he said WFAA.
He added: “I said call your mother immediately and tell her to hide in the house. “I’ll call the police.
“They took the handle of the gun and continued hitting it. ‘Give it up! Give it up!’
“Maybe they think they’re invincible. But if they think they’re that tough, then wait until they end up in prison.”
The investment expert is calling on anyone with information to contact the police in the hope of an arrest.
Gardener added that he is grateful he backed into the spot so he could drive off and urges others to be more aware of their surroundings.

Jugging is when someone follows a person leaving a bank with a large amount of money and then robs them at the next stop.
As the blue BMW pulls into the driveway, they run towards the car and try to break in by banging their elbows on the windows.
All three appear to have handguns and hang on to the car as Gardener drives away.
Dallas police confirmed the incident occurred around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, with several suspects following Gardner from the bank to a home and attempting to steal his money at gunpoint.
Law enforcement is urging those who withdraw large amounts of cash to hide them before leaving so they cannot be seen and to call 911 if you think you are being followed.
