The 5 worst skins in Fortnite: Battle Royale

Almost every week Epic Games adds a great new skin to Fortnite: Battle Royale. While skins have mostly improved over time, there are some old Fortnite skins that are just plain awful. Here are the five worst skins in Fortnite: Battle Royale.
Costing a whopping 800 V-Bucks, the Pathfinder is an Uncommon quality character skin that can be purchased from the Fortnite shop. Overall, this skin looks like it could be a stock model. Apart from a few color changes from the original model, there is nothing special about this skin at all.
Like the Pathfinder, the Tower Recon Specialist can be purchased for a fixed price of 800 V-Bucks. Although the skin’s availability makes it rare and desirable, it follows the same suit as the Pathfinder. Most of the changes made to this skin concerned the colors of her top and pants, while Epic Games kept the overall model completely identical.
Another skin of unusual quality makes the list the same issues as the previous ones. Paying 800 V-Bucks is too much to ask for a skin that keeps the exact same character model. A player could use these V-Bucks to get a rare quality glider or pickaxe.
Another skin that hasn’t returned to the shop in a while is the Highrise Assault Trooper. For 800 V-Bucks, the changes to this character’s model are minimal. The default character model’s hair color has been changed from blonde to a darker shade with some additional camouflage to his outfit.
The Squad Leader skin can be earned with the Season 4 Battle Pass at Tier 87 – this skin is disappointing to get at such a high Tier level. Some redeeming qualities for this skin are its unique character model and outfit that no other skin has, but overall it seems too simple for a high tier reward.
