Hundreds online have been stunned by a groom’s bizarre wedding attire.

The top half of a picture shared to a popular Facebook group looks pretty standard, with a bride in a formal white dress holding hands while her new husband wears a black hat, smart suit jacket and white shirt .

However, the bottom half of the photo shows the groom pairing his blazer with cutoff jean shorts and brown cowboy boots.

Users in the comments were stunned by the man’s “terrible” fashion choice and shared their shock at the controversially casual denim shorts.

‘Sir, judging by the uneven, ragged edges, you took cuts literally. That’s not a vibe or aesthetic you should aim for anytime, let alone your wedding,” said one woman.

‘Is he serious?’ asked a second.

“So at first I thought it was jeans and I was like, okay, bad, but not the worst. THEN I SAW F***ING KNEE CAPS,” exclaimed a third.

Others said they didn’t realize anything was wrong with the photo until they scrolled down and saw the groom’s bare legs.
