The last time we saw Josh Hart was when the Knicks winger missed the birth of his two twin sons on May 12 to attend the Knicks’ season-ending Game 6 loss to the Heat.

Less than a month later, Hart’s wife Shannon and their young sons appear to be doing well. However, her dad gets roasted on Twitter.

Hart asked his 590,000 Twitter followers Tuesday night, ‘Have you ever tasted your significant other’s breast milk?’ I’m asking for a friend.’

And his fellow basketball players were quick to poke fun at the question, with Kings star De’Aaron Fox saying, “I’m actually not surprised you asked the question less than a month ago.”

Pelicans sniper CJ McCollum also chimed in, saying, “Sick talk.” [laughing-crying emoji] I heard it goes down like almond milk [laughing-crying emoji].

But his good friend and teammate Jalen Brunson was a little less forgiving, replying: “No bro, no, delete my number,” before posting a screen capture of him unfollowing his former Villanova teammate.

But Tuesday’s mockery of Hart stretched beyond the NBA world, as Stephen A. Smith – a noted Knicks fan – was amused by the guard’s comments.

“My brother @joshhart! WTH? “It’s going to take me a moment to process that … but I’m definitely going to talk about it on The Stephen A. Smith Show today,” he said.

“I can promise you that. It only takes a few hours to process.’

However, Smith’s ESPN colleague Dan Orlovsky was on the same page as Hart.

“100%,” he replied to the question.

Hart wrote a tribute to his wife Shannon on Mother’s Day earlier this month, posting on Instagram, “Happy first Mother’s Day!” Thank you for bringing these two miracles into our lives. To the nasty diaper changes, the crying and no more sleep.”

The caption accompanied a photo of the couple holding the twins after the birth, though their faces are obscured.

Hart quickly became a fan favorite after joining the team at the close of trade as he averaged 10.2 points at 58.6 percent from the field.

Hart is expected to turn down his nearly $13 million player option this offseason HoopsHypebut the Knicks are reportedly looking to sign him to free agency.
