He is best known for playing the superhero Thor in the Marvel series.

And now Chris Hemsworth has shown off his impressive water skills.

On Friday morning, the actor posted a video of himself holding his breath for a few moments underwater in a pool while one of his children swam nearby.

Chris is participating in his Centrfit program’s Moves That Matter and has so far held his breath underwater for 200 minutes.

“Don’t let distractions get in the way of your goals…no matter how hard they try to float in front of you,” he captioned the video.

In the video, Chris showed off his torn abs, chiseled chest and large shoulders as he led his child around the pool.
