A Taco Bell employee was pictured giving another employee a haircut in the kitchen and is now being investigated by the local health department.
Jennifer Legear, a former employee at Sycamore Taco Bell in Kokomo, shared a picture on Facebook of the shift manager giving the manager a haircut just before the lunch rush.
After the post gained widespread attention on social media, a complaint was sent to the Howard County Health Department, which then visited the fast food chain.

Legear, who had worked at the store for a month, quickly sent the picture to her friends on Snapchat.
But after one of them posted the photo on her social media and she was fired, she decided to post it on Facebook.
she said WTHR13: “I noticed two of them pull out a pair of scissors and put on a garbage bag, and I thought, ‘That’s interesting.’ Then they sit down and start cutting the hair on the back of their head.
“It was only about a meter away from where you prepare the food.”
Legear explained in her Facebook post what happened after the photo went viral, saying that the fast food chain’s management asked her why she took a photo and posted it.
They also told her that the haircut happened because the employees had a fixed schedule and didn’t have time to go to a hair salon.
“Well, since I’ve already been fired for this, because it somehow got leaked after I only sent it to a few people, and it made the people pictured BIG mad.” (The CEO sits in the chair and a shift manager attends about cutting),” she wrote on Facebook: “Who knew you could stop at the local TB and get a taco and a haircut!”
“Things I heard when approached about taking it:
“If you had a problem with it, you should have said something” um… No. Because it shouldn’t have happened
“Why did you even take a photo and post it? Because I can do it and I thought it was fucking weird.” I didn’t post it. I showed about five people. What they do with it is up to them. If you didn’t want people to see it, don’t you do it?
“I work a fixed schedule and don’t have time to get a haircut.” Well… That sounds like a problem for you.
“Roll your eyes again… Omg I’m going to slap you” (I don’t think she thought I heard that lol)
“You know what, you can just accept your “I don’t care” and leave. And because of my friends, I got fired from Taco Bell.”

Legear said, “I noticed two of them pull out a pair of scissors and put a trash bag on, and I thought, ‘That’s interesting.'” Then they sit down and start cutting hair in the back.
