This is the incredible Bel Air mansion I built for $38 million

If money were no object, what would your dream home include?

Well, for Los Angeles-based entrepreneur Ori Bytton, he designed his ultimate $38 million estate with some of his wish-list features, including an infinity pool, a spacious garage for his supercars, a movie theater and a wine cellar glass walls basement.

In an effort to inspire others on the homebuilding front, Bytton YouTuber Enes Yilmazer opened the doors of his elegant six-bedroom Bel Air hideaway so he could conduct a comprehensive tour.

In a 36-minute video, Enes takes viewers from room to room, with some of the standout rooms including the master bathroom featuring a giant stone tub that “weighs about two tons” and the master bedroom suite featuring a giant bed and motorized Sliding glass doors opening onto a patio.

Before beginning his tour, Enes comments on the hallway of the house, which he praises for its “beautiful wooden floorboards” and travertine walls.

The real estate professional then begins to delve into the office, which features contemporary art, a striking hanging key light, an oversized window overlooking the exterior driveway, and an ensuite bathroom.

Next is the main living area with large sofas, a fireplace and an attractive kitchen with a center island.

However, Enes points out that this cooking area is more of a “show kitchen” and the house has a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen that leads through another door.

Other rooms on the ground floor that aren’t overlooked include a laundry room with two washers and two dryers, and a bedroom that Enes says could be used for staff as it has its own entrance.

The social media star descends the home’s impressive floating staircase and explores the home’s lower floor, which architect David Maman describes as an “adult entertainment area.”

The dimly lit space includes a cinema room, photogenic glass-walled wine cellar, bar and gym.

Enes is also blown away by the property’s garage, which resembles more of a lounge area, with photo art on the walls and a tiled floor, and the spa is another standout feature.

The compact spa features a massage room, sauna, and Patagonia quartzite-clad steam room, which Enes says is “one of the most beautiful steam rooms we’ve traveled this canal.”

From the lower level, Enes retraces his steps, moving from the ground to the floor above.

There are several more en-suite bedrooms on the first floor and the master is sure to make for a stunning sight.

Enes explains that some of the elements are still awaiting finishing touches, including the countertop on the raised bar.

In terms of views, the property looks out over Bel Air to the Pacific Ocean beyond and the coast of Santa Catalina Island.

At the end of Enes’ tour, homeowner Ori touches on his vision.

He explains: “I wanted something timeless, modern, good materials, modern but organic, and that was the design concept from the start.

“We really wanted to bring that organic feeling to LA because we think it’s missing here and I think the person who’s going to live here will feel it every day.”

Enes points out that the house is not for sale and was recently completed for Ori to take up residence.

While the home was designed and built by architect David Maman in collaboration with renowned architecture firm Saota, the interiors were designed by renowned European designer Dieter Vander Velpen.
