Tina Knowles reveals daughter Beyoncé can get ‘nasty’ with quick costume changes: ‘I’m really glad I don’t have to be there anymore’

After her daughter Beyoncé wrapped up her hugely successful Renaissance Tour, Tina Knowles revealed that her daughter can be “nasty” when it comes to quick costume changes.

The tour, which reportedly grossed a whopping $4.5 billion, lasted from May to August and broke many box office records at various venues.

Tina, 69, appeared on the Halloween episode of “Sherri” where she admitted Beyoncé could get “really mean” during quick costume changes.

“I said, ‘Girl, you’re getting really mean back there,’ and I’m really glad I don’t have to be back there anymore,” Tina told Sherri.

The mother also revealed that her daughter owned over 100 costumes that she didn’t wear on the successful Renaissance tour.

“We laughed because she used to do Flaws and All. “She would say, ‘I’m a bitch in the morning,’ and I’d say, ‘And in the evening too!'” Tina said.

Even when things got heated backstage, Beyoncé always apologized for things she said in the heat of the intense moment.

“She’ll say, ‘Mom, I’m so sorry,’ and I’ll say, ‘I know.’ Sometimes she’ll cry and I’ll be like, ‘She’s crying because she knows she just said some crazy things to us,'” Tina admitted.

“But that’s the heat of the moment, because you’re trying to put your shoes on and everyone’s waiting, and if anyone makes a mistake or loses their shoes, then you’ve screwed up the whole show.” “So, I get it,” Tina added added.

Tina also revealed that Beyoncé: “I wanted to have more than one stylist and I actually hired four people. It would have been impossible [with just one].

“We had over 600 costumes to choose from, and so she has maybe 150 costumes that she didn’t have… But every night she made at least five, four to five new costumes,” Tina added.

She also joked that she should have hired some of Queen Bey’s fans because she was impressed with what fans wore to the show.

“I look out into the audience, I think I’ve been to 40 of the 56 shows, and every night I see the most amazing costumes,” Tina began.

Laughing: “We laughed because she always did.” "Flaws and everything." She would say "I'm a bitch in the morning," and I will say: "and the evening too!"said Tina

Her successful tour also includes the new concert film Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé in cinemas.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that the pop superstar will have two premieres: the first on November 25th in Los Angeles, followed by another on November 30th in London.

People also reports that AMC Theaters, the company exclusively showing Beyoncé’s film, has confirmed the existing plan for two premieres ahead of its December 1 release.
