Tom Brady’s $17 million Miami mansion is still under construction despite his divorce from Gisele Bundchen
Tom Brady’s $17 million Miami mansion is developing as he prepares for a do-or-die wildcard game against Dallas on Monday night.
Meanwhile, construction continues as exclusive DailyMail.com photos show workers at the property continuing to build the mega-mansion on Indian Creek Island, “the world’s most exclusive community” with just 34 lots available across 300 acres – all have waterfront views of Biscayne Bay, near Miami, Florida.
DailyMail.com got its first look at the property last year, showing construction in its early stages, but in these new aerial photos taken on Sunday, it’s clear that production has progressed exponentially.
The palatial venue was to be and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen forever after Brady brought his talents to Tampa Bay after six New England Super Bowls.
However, on October 28, 2022, the supercouple announced their divorce, ending 13 years of marriage.

Brady will be a free agent after the NFL postseason, and given his new single lifestyle, he’s widely expected to continue playing. Though the 45-year-old won’t be making a decision about retiring, moving to another franchise, or staying with Tampa Bay.
He and Bundchen had made plans to move to the high-security enclave — dubbed the Billionaire Bunker — after purchasing the $17 million property in late 2020. They demolished a pre-existing 5,772-square-foot home on the property and are constructing a state-of-the-art eco-friendly mansion in its place.
The island is less than half a square mile and has been a magnet for billionaires, celebrities and power couples who have flocked to it for privacy and security.
Once construction is complete, Brady will be neighbors of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, hotel magnate Jeffrey Soffer, and billionaire investor Carl Icahn.
The former power couple bought the $17 million home in the Billionaire Bunker in their late 20s.

The 4-acre property includes three buildings – a main house, a security post, and a gym.
Floor plans of the home, obtained from the Post Office, show that it spans a whopping 17,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as an elevator, movie theater and guest suite.
Not far away will be his ex-wife Bundchen, who reportedly bought a $11.5 million mansion just across the waterway weeks before the couple’s final divorce.
Bundchen closed the 6,600-square-foot, five-bedroom Miami Beach mansion on Oct. 6, Page Six reported.

The mansion appears to be almost directly across from her ex-husband Brady’s home, which is under construction on Indian Creek Island.
Bundchen first toured the mansion on Aug. 16, just days before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback took an 11-day break from playing in the NFL, a source told Page Six. The separation was a last attempt to save the relationship, it said.
Her reported new digs are in Surfside, while Brady’s mansion is on the shores of Biscayne Bay.

“They could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s place – not that they would – but both houses will contain a dock so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close together.” , added the source .
Together, the former couple owned numerous properties across the country — including a $3.6 million condo in New York City, a $17 million mansion on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, a lavish estate in Yellowstone, Montana, the Reportedly worth $5.7 million, and a stunning home in Costa Rica.
Brady and Bundchen have two children together – a son Benjamin, 12, and a daughter Vivian, 9. Brady also has a 15-year-old son, Jack Moynahan, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
