Tristan’s brother is unable to care for himself due to multiple medical diagnoses, including epilepsy.

Amari will also receive $103,475 due to Andrea’s death, and Tristan will be able to protect his assets as guardian, the outlet says.

Her father, Trevor, is not in her life, so Tristan is the only person in the family who can take care of her.

In the Season 3 finale of The Kardashians, it was revealed that Tristan’s ex Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner all flew to Toronto with Tristan on Kim’s private jet and that Tristan and Amari moved in with Khloe, but she insisted this is not the case, they are romantically together again.

Andrea was Amari’s sole caregiver, and when she died in January, Armani was placed in Tristan’s care, meaning he had to be moved to Los Angeles, where Tristan lives.

But in an unusual twist of fate, both Tristan and Amari actually moved in with Khloe after a mishap occurred at Tristan’s house, which was being renovated.
