Troye Sivan is unrecognizable as he stuns fans with a drag makeover in his latest music video

Troye Sivan has amazed fans with his new look in his latest music video.

The 28-year-old singer has adopted a striking new persona by going drag in the music video for his latest single, “One of Your Girls.”

Troye swapped his short hair and streetwear for several skimpy dresses and thigh-high boots, along with a long blonde wig and a full face of makeup.

He also brought on board eye candy Lynch, a former Disney star who goes shirtless for the duration of the video, shedding his wholesome image for this steamy collaboration.

In the film clip, Lynch wears nothing more than low-slung jeans while Troye gives him a lap dance in full costume.

“No words,” one person wrote, while another claimed that “Troye in drag is so hot!”

“This is the future.” “Thanks Troye for always pushing the boundaries,” another follower explained.

“The air resistance is completely unpredictable!” “Every moment is so good,” wrote another admirer.

This isn’t the first time Sivan has celebrated queer culture, as he has consistently embraced and unashamedly referenced his sexuality in his music.

The young star has previously shared that his decision to be open about his sexuality was driven by a desire to write songs about love that felt truly authentic and real.

Earlier this year, the singer was criticized by fans for the lack of body diversity in the music video for his latest single, “Rush.”

Troye drew the ire of fans on social media in July after the racy clip showed off plenty of chiseled breasts.

“I love Troye Sivan but this ‘Rush’ video gives me some feelings,” one fan tweeted about the music video.

“It seems to be a case study in how white gay people view queer people as a whole.” There is not a single fat person in the entire video. “Just white twinks and chiseled bodies.”

The video also saw a number of hilarious memes posted on social media, suggesting that people with different body shapes were not welcome in the clip.

One meme showed a blonde woman, jokingly referred to as the director of Rush’s music video, holding a sign: “If you’re not skinny, you won’t get in.”

Another saw a very narrow door with the inscription above it: “The door to the Rush music video set.”

Fans lambasted the South African-born pop singer with comments and memes – but a number of other fans called it a “song of the summer”.

Another showed Nan from the Catherine Tate Show saying: “I’m calling the Rush music video set and asking to speak to someone over £90.”

However, a number of Twitter users defended the star.

“Am I the only big boy who sees himself dancing poolside to Rush by Troye Sivan in the summer?” they wrote.

“Song of the Summer – Rush by Troye Sivan,” another added.

“Why is Rush by Troye Sivan so damn good,” another added.

Troye, who recently appeared on HBO’s The Idol, is clearly excited about the new music.

Something To Give Each Other will be released on October 13th, five years after his last album Bloom.

In a recent Instagram post, Troye apologized for keeping his fans waiting so long, writing: “I didn’t want to take five years to make this album – the Bloom tour was happening (lmk if you came ), then I started working on it.” then c*ckbig19 (COVID-19).

“Then The Idol was always working on the album in all the moments in between… and now here we are.” Enough excuses now. Enough said “soon”, this is for YOU.’
