Trump says Hamas attacked Israel because Biden is a “laughter” and claims the Democratic president was on drugs at a Florida campaign rally with House agitator Matt Gaetz and comedian Roseanne Barr

Former President Donald Trump said Wednesday that Hamas attacked Israel because President Joe Biden was a “laughing stock,” suggesting he believed the 80-year-old president was on drugs.
Trump headlined a “Club 47” event in West Palm Beach, across the bridge from his Mar-a-Lago, Florida, estate, attended by Rep. Matt Gaetz, who is filling House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s speaker’s seat in the air blew up. Comedian Roseanne Barr sat in the front row.
“I was also proud to be by far the best friend Israel ever had in the White House. And if the election wasn’t rigged, no one would even think about going to Israel,” Trump boasted, adding : “But next time we will overcome them.”
Trump said that with “corrupt” President Joe Biden there would be “chaos, bloodshed, war, terror and death.”
“Look what’s happening today, because the occupant of the White House is a laughing stock,” Trump added, referring to this weekend’s Hamas terrorist attack in Israel.

“Around the world, America’s enemies can’t believe how lucky they were. “They were really lucky,” the ex-president continued. “Every monster, every villain, every dictator and every terrorist – and there are many of them, I know most of them, I have met many of them – all over the world they have a field day because they know that they will never have him better than they have with corrupt Joe.’
Trump imagined that Israel would “prosper and be happy” if he were still in the White House.
“Forty-five babies had their heads chopped off today,” Trump said, eliciting gasps from the audience. “But Israel would prosper, they wouldn’t have a problem.”
Throughout his speech, Trump, 77, mocked Biden for his standout moments, calling him “incompetent” and calling him a slew of other epithets.
“He can’t leave a stage,” Trump said.
“The other day he tried to escape from a stage. Look, I’m up here now, there’s a lot of people there, there’s a lot of TV going crazy. “There is so much,” Trump said. “But when I’m done, I’ll look over there, I’ll see an exit.” I’ll look over – I can take this, this. But I can’t go through the back wall.”
He then drew attention, without evidence, to the fact that the president was taking drugs.

“You know what happens when the stuff he takes wears off after about 20 minutes,” Trump said. “So he gets a little dazed. Gets a little dazed. They say, “Get him off the stage, he’s annoying, man!” Get him out!”‘
“No, no, no, and I’m sure that the cocaine they found in the White House… I’m sure it has nothing to do with Hutner and Joe,” the ex-president continued. “Here, Dad, take a little bit of this stuff, it’ll liven you up a little bit,” Trump said, misquoting the first son.
Trump opened the evening by blasting some of his GOP opponents before taking some time to talk about Israel.
He boasted about being so far ahead in South Carolina despite competing with the state’s former governor and current senator, a former U.N. ambassador. Nikki Haley and Senator Time Scott.
Signs announcing Trump’s appearance at the Palm Beach County Convention Center read: “Florida is Trump’s country,” even though the state’s governor, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, is also in the race.
“When someone gets elected, you don’t run,” Trump complained of DeSantis, whom he supported in a 2018 GOP primary that allowed the now-governor to score “71 points in one day.”
DeSantis then managed to beat Democratic junior Andrew Gillum.
“He turned out to be a weirdo, but these are small things,” Trump said, sparking laughter from the crowd.
Trump then cheered DeSantis’ slide in the polls, with some New Hampshire polls now showing Haley in second place.
“He didn’t have a lot of political skill, to say the least,” Trump said of DeSantis. “He falls from the sky like a very badly injured bird.”
Before Trump’s performance, a cover band played a series of classics, albeit with pro-Trump lyrics, such as saying Biden was hiding in his basement and Hunter Biden was in prison.
A series of Biden spills — including his forays down the stairs of Air Force One and his fall from a bicycle — played on the James Bond theme.
“License to Fall,” the video said after the montage of the spills played.
A panel discussion was moderated by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s friend Brian Glenn of Right Side Broadcasting.
It featured a handful of MAGA personalities, including former New Jersey “Real Housewife” Siggy Flicker, who was born in Israel and condemned Saturday’s horrific Hamas terror attack.
The panelists also pointed out that Barr was in the audience.
The crowd cheered as Gaetz — who was not expected to attend the event due to the drama he caused on Capitol Hill — and his wife took the stage after Trump’s remarks.
Trump did not mention that his nominee to replace McCarthy, Rep. Jim Jordan, failed in the GOP vote in the House, choosing instead the more traditional candidate, Majority Leader Steve Scalise.
