Two incredibly dangerous inmates are still on the run after escaping from prison yesterday: Do not approach under any circumstances

The urgent manhunt continues for two dangerous inmates who escaped from a north Queensland prison.
Vaughn Michael James Hunter and Fabien Brian Galigan are on the run for the third day after escaping the Townsville Correctional Center on Sunday night.
It is understood the pair “left” the facility’s low-security detention farm at around 9pm and were last caught on CCTV walking along the Bruce Highway.
Hunter is serving a ten-month sentence for grievous bodily harm, Galigan is serving two years and six months for assault.
The pair have remained on the run since Tuesday morning as the search intensified with multiple police units and correctional services.

“Two prisoners have left Townsville Correctional Facility,” Townsville District Officer Chief Superintendent Chris Hodgman said on Monday.
“They were spotted on cameras along the Bruce Highway so we deployed some experts to try and catch up with these gentlemen.”
He added that it remains unclear how the inmates managed to leave the facility.
Anyone who sees the men is urged to call Triple-0 immediately.
“I would ask people not to approach these individuals,” Superintendent Hodgman added.
“I would just ask people to exercise caution and contact police if they come across these two.”
