Victoria Beckham has been mocked for selling what appear to be knitted panties as part of her new fashion collection.
The former Spice Girl, 49, unveiled the underwear as part of the Victoria Beckham Pre-Spring Summer 2024 collection.
The fashion designer shared two pictures on her Instagram account of a model wearing wool underwear – which is believed to be worn in place of a skirt or pants.
There is no price for the article, which will be available from autumn.
Whatever the price, however, the responses of fans in the comments under the photo indicated that they will not rush to buy wool panties.

In a second picture, another model is wearing dark blue wool trousers, which she combines with a dark blue sweater, gray over-the-knee socks, a large bag and high heels.
One user said, “Knit underwear.” “Interesting,” while another said in disbelief, “Wool panties.”
A third wrote: “As if any sane person would wear that.”
A fourth exclaimed: “That’s a joke, isn’t it?”
Another commented, “If this is fashion I don’t want this… But my grandma might.”
The mother-of-four, who is married to football legend David Beckham, 48, has turned her fashion brand around after years in the red.
She has stores around the world including London, New York and a flagship store in Mayfair.
In March it was reported that sales were up 42% to £58m.
