A group of New Year’s Eve revelers were caught on home security footage bathing naked at a luxury mansion in Byron Bay.
The “naked intruders” broke into real estate mogul Eddie Phillips’ home on Lee Lane – known as “Millionaire’s Row” – around 3am Sunday night to parade shirtless around his pool.
Mr Phillips was on holiday in Phuket, Thailand at the time but turned on his CCTV during the night to find the intruders living it out.
The footage shows seven naked men frolicking in his 22-meter infinity pool before filming themselves twerking on his backyard steps.

The entrepreneur, who is dubbed the spa king for his acquisition of luxury spa retreats across Asia, said his amusement at the speedsters quickly turned sour when the group began vandalizing his furniture and outdoor ornaments.
“They were nothing more than vandals,” he told Nine News.
“I would have turned a blind eye to the skinny dipping had there been no damage, but when I discovered that there were expensive statues being vandalized and vandalized, I decided to get my people involved.”
The group allegedly destroyed about $10,000 worth of patio furniture, including sun loungers, ceramic pots and a beloved statue inspired by East Asian religion.

Mr Phillips said the group destroyed about $10,000 worth of furniture in his luxurious Byron Bay backyard (above).
“These guys will be caught and charged by the police and then I will take legal commercial action against them as well,” Mr Phillips said.
The incident is being investigated by the Tweed Byron Police District.
Trespassers in NSW can be fined up to $550 but it’s likely the group could face a heavier penalty for the excessive damage.
Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to contact the police.
