A man has been charged with allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a nine-year-old girl while she was at school in a Perth suburb.
Ryan Ashley Darken, 37, has been charged with four charges following the Warnbro, south town incident, including detention of another with intent to deter/disable a person from committing an act, false imprisonment and assault.
A school parent reportedly noticed the girl boarded a silver subway train around 8.45am before she was later found in distress, barefoot and with zip ties on her hands outside a nearby supermarket.
