Will the REAL Slim Shady please stand up? Watch rapper Aitch transform into Eminem for Maya Jama’s Halloween party

Maya Jama became the queen of Halloween this year as she hosted her star-studded spooky soiree on Tuesday.

The Love Island host, 29, hosted the Halloween party to celebrate All Hallows Eve at Omeara in London Bridge on October 31.

Among those present was the 23-year-old rapper Aitch, who transformed himself into the legendary rap king Eminem (51) for the party.

Aitch, who hails from Manchester, was filmed on TikTok yesterday by streetwear brand Hypebeast as the 8 Mile star in front of a Gordon’s advertising backdrop, racking up over 40,000 likes on TikTok Video from amused fans.

The baby rapper arrived at the live music venue in a seemingly ordinary “costume” of a white oversized t-shirt and ’90s-style baggy jeans, paired with white Nike Air Force 1 sneakers.

However, the ensemble was originally formed in 2000 by Eminem – real name Marshall Mathers – when he appeared in the music as his mischievous alter ego Slim Shady Video to The Real Slim Shady.

In the music video, Eminem is seen wearing his iconic bleach blonde shaved hair, a loose white t-shirt, baggy light blue jeans and a simple silver chain as he raps the lyrics: “The real Slim Shady won’t do that either.” “Please get up?”

Aitch bore a striking resemblance to the “Lose Yourself” star as he accessorized with a silver D12 chain and a white Nike Swoosh peaked cap.

Formed in 1996, D12 was an American hip hop collective from Detroit, Michigan – the birthplace of Eminem – and achieved mainstream success with its lineup of de facto leaders Eminem, Proof, Bizarre, Mr. Porter, Kuniva and Swifty McVay -Successes.

The Learning Curve rapper even appeared to have bleached his normally shaved hair blonde to reflect one of Eminem’s many iconic looks.

Uploads to him Instagram stories Yesterday, Aitch showed himself posing in a black tracksuit while announcing his new single Landslide, due out on Thursday, also including the captions “Happy Halloween” and “#TheRealSlimShady.”

An hour later, the rapper revealed his costume in a video shot from the backseat of a car, throwing up tongue-in-cheek American gang signs on the way to the Halloween party.

In 2022, 34-year-old American rapper G-Eazy appeared in a similar outfit when he dressed up as Slim Shady for his show in Chicago on October 29.

The Oakland-born rapper, who cited Eminem as one of his biggest influences growing up, opened the show with “The Real Slim Shady” while wearing a white T-shirt, baggy blue jeans and, similar to Aitch, white Air Force 1 shoes .

G-Eazy, who performed in the 2017 duet Him & I with his ex-girlfriend Halsey, even dyed his hair yellow blonde – a far cry from the rapper’s usual style of sleek, dark brown locks.

In 2014, Carbon costumea DIY costume guide website for cosplay and Halloween, put together a hilarious “DIY” Slim Shady infographic and quotes, “That’s really it.” All you need is hair bleach and a white t-shirt to start imitating.’

The infographic included just six simple everyday items: a white T-shirt, baggy jeans, a silver dog tag necklace, small gold hoop earrings, a gold Casio watch, white Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, and a box of Manic Panic’s Amplified Flash Lightening ‘ bleach.

Maya looked incredible as she transformed into X-Men superhero Storm for the spooky holiday, donning an all-black faux leather catsuit paired with a striking white wig and contact lenses.

The host served attendees Gordon’s Premium Pink Cling Cling Halloween cocktails and the host’s guest list included a number of celebrities including singer Paloma Faith, 42, and supermodel Jourdan Dunn, 33.
